Suggested Compositions for patch 9.1.5

Protection Paladin
Restoration Shaman
Subtlety Rogue
Windwalker Monk
Frost Mage

Prot - Resto - Sub - WW - Frost

This composition is unstoppable during the current patch!

Abundance of interrupts provided by Protection Paladin Avenger’s Shield alongside with Wind Shear from Restoration Shaman should be enough to cover all the required kicks throughout the dungeon. On top of that both of them are providing highest overall damage dealt in their roles departament.

Subtlety Rogue is responsible for high boss damage, also providing tools such as Shroud of Concealment and Tricks of the Trade, opening up new options to the dungeon routes.

Windwalker Monk and the Frost Mage are handling the AoE blast in this comp- being able to decimate absolutely any size of the trash mob pack- the bigger the better for them!

Monk also adds additional 5% physical damage dealt thanks to Mystic Touch whereas Frost Mage has an access to Time Warp ability and all of the frost magic they’re using slows the enemies, making the kitting process way easier for the tank.

The only thing this setup is lacking is access to Battle Resurrection(B-rez) baseline- although it can still be provided through the Engineering profession’s- Disposable Spectrophasic Reanimator.

Guardian Druid
Holy Paladin

Windwalker Monk
Frost Mage

Guardian - Holy - Sub - WW - Frost

There’s no such a thing as too big of a pull for this composition, playing all around Holy Paladin’s Venthyr ability- Ashen Hallow. This is a 4minute cooldown ability giving access to a ridiculous amount of damage from the paladin(who is a healer btw).

Guardian Druids should plan their 3min CD Incarnation around Pally's Ashen, to get as much Enemy Forces Count as possible within that window.

The main weakness of this comp is the fact that both Guardian Druid and Holy Paladin aren’t providing a lot of damage outside their cooldown windows but access to Battle Res for Druid and Paladin’s utility in the form of the Blessings of Protection and Blessing of Freedom balances it out.

Brewmaster Monk
Discipline Priest
Fury Warrior
Marksmanship Hunter
Subtlety Rogue

Brew - Disco - Fury - MM - Sub

A physical damage profile composition that excels at dealing high sustain AoE damage making your dungeons quite smooth in a PuG environment where there's no route planning prior starting the dungeon.

A 2 minute cooldown shared between Discipline Priest Power Infusion and Marksmanship Hunter’s Wild Spirits provides probably the highest 5target DMG burst window in the game.

Battle Shout and Mystic Touch from the Warrior and the Monk increases all the physical damage by 10% - free extra damage is always welcome!

Subtlety Rogue is responsible for high boss damage, also providing tools such as Shroud of Concealment and Tricks of the Trade, opening up new options to the dungeon routes.

Fury Warrior is responsible for pack-to-pack high DMG output. Access to the Spell Reflection ability allows them to avoid some of the magic abilities.

MM Hunter brings solid utility to the team in the form of Binding Shot, Misdirection and Feign Death.

The weakness of this team is survivability, which is slightly countered by an additional 5% Stamina buff from the Priest.

Vengeance Demon Hunter
Holy Paladin
Shadow Priest
Balance Druid
Frost Mage

Veng - Holy - Shadow - Balance - Fire

Is a magical damage profile composition that excels when played around big cooldowns and has probably the highest single target burst in the entire game. Burst so high that most of the bosses will die before the one minute mark!

Vengeance Demon Hunter and Fire Mage provide the team with an extra 10% magical damage, which escalates this composition's output greatly.

Outside of Paladin’s big cooldowns, Shadow Priest and Balance Druid are able to help with healing through Vampiric Embrace and Heart of the Wild.

S-Priest also provides a 5% Stamina buff, increasing the party's health pool as well as some niche utility with Mind Soothe.

Balance Druid is a utility powerhouse- Stampeding Roar, Typhoon, Ursol Vortex, Solar Beam, Treantsare just a couple of the tricks up their sleeve!

Fire Mage is just one big blaster, providing insane damage to everything in the dungeon. On the utility side tho Fire provides with Dragon’s Breath and Time Warp.

The weakness of this team is the low number of interrupts which is countered by AoE silence abilities from Demon Hunter and Druid.
